• Disposable syringes

This is how you proceed:

The man ejaculates into the urine cup. The ejaculate is drawn into the disposable syringe as quickly as possible and subsequently injected into the uterus. For this purpose, it is advisable to place the buttocks upwards and remain in this position for about 30 minutes. Since the chances of success with the cup method are not the same as with normal intercourse, several attempts should be made per ovulation.

If it does not work despite several attempts, you can go to a fertility clinic with your private sperm donor or co-father. There, the sperm can be specially prepared so that it can be introduced directly into the uterus. This procedure is called intrauterine insemination and is performed by a doctor.
