This is how you proceed with home insemination:

The man ejaculates into the urine cup. The ejaculate is sucked into the disposable syringe as quickly as possible and then injected into the vagina. For this purpose, it is recommended to place the back and legs upwards and remain in this position for about half an hour. Since the chances of pregnancy with home insemination are not the same as with normal intercourse, several attempts should be made per ovulation.
